• RED FLAG – Cell Phone Habits Change.
  • They are protective of their phone and always place it face down when they are not using it.  They keep their text and call logs deleted.    
• RED FLAG – Communication Habits Change
  • Increased delay in responding to text messages and/or not promptly answering or returning your calls.  They become increasingly distant and uninterested in things going on in your life.
• RED FLAG – Appearance Habits Change
  • They become more conscious of how they dress or how their hair looks.  They may begin going to the gym or wearing cologne or perfume more often.    
• RED FLAG – Work Habits Change
  • They begin working longer or unusual hours.  They have sudden obligations at work that keep them away from home for long periods of time.
• RED FLAG – Intimate Habits Change
  • They have a decreased interest in intimacy.  They become less affectionate.

These are only a few RED FLAGS you should not ignore.  Perhaps the most important thing to pay attention to is your “Gut Feeling.”  You know your spouse better than anyone, so if something seems off, chances are you’re right.
